PAYMENT

You can check the prices here.
For new students, a One-Time registration fee ($38) will be applied to their first invoice.
Students are required to pay one month in advance for lessons. The initial invoice will cover the first two months, with subsequent monthly charges to your card. If withdrawing from lessons, please provide at least 30 days’ notice.
Spots are booked monthly; we don’t accept drop-ins or pay-by-session.
For all Payments, a credit card pre-authorization is required.
To ensure the security of your payment, please provide us with the last four digits of your credit card in the online form below. Our administrative team will contact you within 24 hours to collect the full credit card number over the phone.
There will be a $25 Charge if the Credit Card does not process through. For any Credit card update, please email or text us before the invoice due date.
At the beginning of each year, prices are subject to change with advance notice.

LESSON COMMITMENT

When students can’t attend a class, having an online lesson is always an option.
There will be no refunds or credits for lessons that are booked.
Students must give at least one calendar month’s (30 days) written notice (Text or Email) to withdraw from their lesson for the following month.
MiFa Music & Art School is open on all statutory holidays except July 1st, December 25th, and January 1st unless otherwise communicated by the admin.

MAKEUP LESSON

One makeup lesson is permitted per semester (e.g., January to March).
To receive a makeup lesson, the student must inform the administrator at least 48 hours before a missed lesson.
No-shows and informing lessn that 48 hours will result in the loss of the lesson.
As spots are limited, you will be offered a maximum of two options to choose from.
Scheduled makeup lessons will be considered completed. (There won’t be any re-schedule for Make-up lessons)
There won’t be any makeup lessons offered for group lessons.
If a teacher cancels for any reason, a substitute teacher will fill in if available.

PRIVACY

During the Lessons, we take photographs/videos of school activities involving students to share the school’s positive vibe and updates and to stay connected with families. This provides a fun new way to encourage and share students’ achievements. These photos/videos may be published through our website, social media pages, and ads.
