Our first MiFa Magazine, published in 2023, introduced the subjects we teach and the instructors who teach them. It also showcased our students in action during lessons and performing in a recital. Near the end of the magazine, we featured essays and articles that aim to educate and inspire. Since then, we’ve grown as a school, and because a school such as ours is only as good as its people, for this issue, we’re turning the focus even more on our students and teachers. After all, this is what our school is: a community. Music and art are social passions. In the following pages, we aim to show how music and art education is, in fact, a community in action.

In the Second Issue, we also explore what makes music and art so special for individuals: the experience of flow.

We trust that this magazine not only inspires you but also supports your personal growth in music and art, or your child’s if you are supporting a young student.
