MiFa Art School provides children with rounded art education, drawing and painting. Our art class environment is encouraging, inclusive, and non-competitive. Every part of our methodology has been designed to BUILD SELF-ESTEEM. This allows every student to go at their own pace, developing their own unique skill-set and feel better about themselves.
Over time, our students grow significantly in confidence, expression and creativity. This confidence can change their perception of themselves, as well as the perception others have of them.
Painting Classes in North Vancouver
Our classes for children engage their natural inclination to play and create. Using a wide variety of media, we encourage our students to let their imaginations run wild while guiding them gently, as they improve their skills. Because we keep classes small, each child receives more than adequate instructor attention as they navigate themselves to greater levels of confidence and self-sufficiency. Groups of 4 to 6-year-olds usually emphasize crafts.
Ages 7 to 13 introduce more advanced media and techniques, and usually, by age 14 and up, students are eager to begin learning sophisticated forms and techniques. However simple or complex the project, students leave the class with a piece of artwork to be proud of and more experience than they had when they started
